Coordinate partner operations for a growing B2B technology channel program. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, processing deal registrations, maintaining CRM and pipeline accuracy, preparing reports and referral payout calculations, coordinating event logistics and follow-up, and distributing partner communications. The role is remote with up to 30% travel and requires strong CRM, spreadsheet, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through close, ensuring opportunities, follow-ups, CRM data, and contracts progress efficiently. Coordinate account executives, marketing, clients, and delivery teams; oversee MSAs and NDAs through signature; support post-sale handoffs; analyze pipeline trends and bottlenecks; and lead process improvements, system integrations, vendor work, and other special projects.

Drive net-new and expansion revenue for CMMC readiness, remediation, Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC High, Azure, and managed services. Prospect, qualify, and close complex cloud and compliance deals; own full sales cycle, manage pipeline in Autotask (or similar), grow MSP/MSSP contracts, and present value to executive, compliance, and technical stakeholders.
