Provide help desk support for classified and unclassified IT systems via phone, email, web, and in-person. Triage, document, escalate, and resolve incidents and service requests, verify resolution, produce post-incident reports, generate service desk metrics, and recommend process improvements.

Design, build, and optimize scalable, secure backend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support thick-client desktop applications (e.g., Electron). Focus on performance, concurrency, data modeling, authentication/authorization, and integration with DevSecOps pipelines. Collaborate on schema design, code reviews, CI/CD, containerization, and secure communications in regulated environments.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for AI-enabled decision support across Combatant Commands. Align mission priorities with technical feasibility, guide cross-functional teams, support PI planning, and measure product performance to deliver mission outcomes.

Technical lead for design, implementation, and sustainment of secure, scalable cloud-native platforms. Establish DevSecOps practices, build CI/CD pipelines, automate IaC with Terraform, standardize Kubernetes/Helm deployments, monitor platform reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating with government stakeholders.

Provide Tier I-III support and administration for enterprise Unified Communications: maintain converged IP voice/video services (VoIP/SIP/SCCP/H.323), operate and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration stack, implement QoS and DISA STIG compliance, perform upgrades/patches, manage directories, run architecture reviews, and coordinate with DoD partners.

Provide JWICS VTC and VOIP technical support across AMC: schedule, install, test, and train users on VTC endpoints; manage JWICS accounts (passwords, unlocks, printers, drives); travel AMC-wide for installations; produce weekly/monthly status reports and coordinate change requests with government IT.

Manage, design, and maintain secure, high-availability network and system infrastructure for a federal law enforcement program. Configure Cisco devices, apply DISA STIGs, monitor and remediate network issues, produce diagrams and documentation, provide real-time dashboards, respond to cybersecurity incidents, and support physical, virtual, and hyperconverged environments.

Provide on-site operation, maintenance, integration, and cybersecurity support for the Army enterprise network (SIPRNET/NIPRNET). Monitor, secure, and troubleshoot PIT, control systems, and critical infrastructure to ensure availability and readiness across strategic and tactical environments. Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable data pipelines and ML services for DoD Combatant Command missions. Work with cross-functional teams to preprocess data, engineer features, validate models, and operationalize analytics in containerized and cloud environments, emphasizing reproducibility, testing, and technical communication.
