Develops and tests software components according to specifications, contributes to test plans, reports test results and recommended fixes, and applies knowledge of C/C++/Java and client/server or distributed architectures.

Provide first-level IT support for end users onsite, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, using ITSM tools, Active Directory, VDI, and remote access; create knowledge articles and train users; escalate complex issues.

Lead and manage a 24x7 CSOC program providing cyber operations, security engineering, incident response, and threat intelligence. Provide operational oversight, develop metrics and workflows, recommend security technologies and mitigations, support proposals and transitions, serve as customer SME and primary contractor contact, and maintain shift scheduling and minimum-manning for hybrid Reston-based engagements.
