Provide help desk support for classified and unclassified IT systems via phone, email, web, and in-person. Triage, document, escalate, and resolve incidents and service requests, verify resolution, produce post-incident reports, generate service desk metrics, and recommend process improvements.

Prepare and submit customer invoices for federal contracts, maintain billing setups in Deltek Costpoint, support accounts receivable and collections, reconcile final invoices, ensure contract and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support contract closeouts.

Guide application teams through adoption and integration of the OpenFGA authorization service, including requirements assessment, data model design, data migration coordination, documentation, training, progress tracking, and escalation of technical issues to engineering.
