Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for cleared federal and defense roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and closing. Manage 12–18 requisitions, build hiring-manager relationships, maintain EEO/OFCCP and clearance documentation compliance, improve recruiting processes, use AI for workflow efficiency, and expand diverse candidate pipelines. The role is fully remote in the U.S., requires eligibility for a Secret clearance, and involves minimal occasional travel.

Builds and operates secure development, deployment, and infrastructure systems for microservice applications. Responsibilities include automating delivery processes, maintaining Docker and Kubernetes environments, developing Helm charts and manifests, managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployments with Argo CD, troubleshooting distributed systems, and integrating security, scanning, networking, authentication, secrets management, and observability across the software delivery lifecycle.

Maintain Authority to Operate for U.S. Army Reserve information systems by supporting assessment and authorization, security audits, RMF and compliance reporting, threat assessments, CCRI reports, briefings, and Site Assistance Visits. The role interprets NIST and DoD guidance, coordinates cybersecurity tasks across stakeholders, supports training, identifies service improvements, and develops reports documenting security program effectiveness.
