Teams at Agile Defense, LLC

Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, supports backlog refinement, removes impediments, tracks Agile metrics, and coaches teams in servant leadership and continuous improvement. The role coordinates risks, dependencies, and progress across technical and mission stakeholders while using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams. It supports delivery of AI, data, and national-defense capabilities and requires collaboration within complex defense environments.

Perform independent intelligence analysis integrating multiple data sources to identify threats and trends, produce reports and briefings, support cybersecurity/defense teams, and develop tailored analytic products for decision-makers.

Supports an insider threat detection and prevention program by monitoring alerts, triaging and investigating potential incidents, tuning detection triggers, correlating data, and documenting findings. The role maintains insider threat tools, develops workflows and playbooks, coordinates with SOC and investigative stakeholders, and protects employee privacy and civil liberties while complying with federal guidelines.
