Develops new industrial customers and maintains existing accounts to achieve profitable sales quotas. Responsibilities include market research, relationship management, order processing, issue resolution, product and industry knowledge development, CRM updates, vendor collaboration, and communicating customer needs internally. The position requires technical outside-sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, organization, and 50%–75% travel within assigned markets.

Sell industrial fluid-handling solutions by building customer relationships, diagnosing rotating equipment issues, recommending mechanical seal and pump solutions, conducting plant visits, preparing proposals, supporting installations/troubleshooting, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales and profitability targets.

Lead and execute marketing strategy across business units: plan campaigns, support sales with collateral and launches, manage website and digital marketing (SEO/SEM, email, paid media), oversee agencies and vendors, track budgets and performance, and ensure brand consistency.

Support estimating and project management teams by coordinating documentation, preparing RFQ materials, assisting vendor communications, organizing P&ID take-offs and project deliverables, participating in meetings, and helping ensure timely equipment procurement and execution of project tasks.

Manage planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of packaged pump system projects from kickoff through delivery. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers; oversee drawings, procurement, fabrication, testing, documentation, billing, and shipping to ensure projects meet specifications and schedules.
