Develop and grow industrial customer accounts by identifying equipment reliability needs, conducting plant visits and equipment surveys, troubleshooting applications, and recommending mechanical seals, pumps, valves, and related fluid handling solutions. Prepare quotations and proposals, support installations and startups, maintain CRM records and forecasts, collaborate with engineering and service teams, and achieve territory sales and profitability goals across southeast New Mexico and West Texas.

Sell industrial fluid-handling solutions by building customer relationships, diagnosing rotating equipment issues, recommending mechanical seal and pump solutions, conducting plant visits, preparing proposals, supporting installations/troubleshooting, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales and profitability targets.

Develops new industrial customers and maintains existing accounts to achieve profitable sales quotas. Responsibilities include market research, relationship management, order processing, issue resolution, product and industry knowledge development, CRM updates, vendor collaboration, and communicating customer needs internally. The position requires technical outside-sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, organization, and 50%–75% travel within assigned markets.

Support estimating and project management teams by coordinating documentation, preparing RFQ materials, assisting vendor communications, organizing P&ID take-offs and project deliverables, participating in meetings, and helping ensure timely equipment procurement and execution of project tasks.

Manage planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of packaged pump system projects from kickoff through delivery. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers; oversee drawings, procurement, fabrication, testing, documentation, billing, and shipping to ensure projects meet specifications and schedules.
