Sell industrial fluid-handling solutions by building customer relationships, diagnosing rotating equipment issues, recommending mechanical seal and pump solutions, conducting plant visits, preparing proposals, supporting installations/troubleshooting, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales and profitability targets.

Assembles and tests pumps, valves, and related packages; inspects machined parts against drawings and purchase orders; records quality results; operates forklifts and overhead cranes; prepares tested equipment for shipment; and maintains a safe, clean shop environment. The role requires mechanical knowledge, hand-tool experience, safety awareness, a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and forklift and overhead crane certification.

Develops new industrial customers and maintains existing accounts to achieve profitable sales quotas. Responsibilities include market research, relationship management, order processing, issue resolution, product and industry knowledge development, CRM updates, vendor collaboration, and communicating customer needs internally. The position requires technical outside-sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, organization, and 50%–75% travel within assigned markets.
