Assemble, test, and perform quality control on pumps and valves. Pick and stage parts, follow production orders, perform dimensional inspections, run and monitor test stands, prepare shipping, maintain clean safe work areas, and complete required documentation and reports.

Manage planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of packaged pump system projects from kickoff through delivery. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers; oversee drawings, procurement, fabrication, testing, documentation, billing, and shipping to ensure projects meet specifications and schedules.

Provide technical solutions and field support for mechanical seals and pumps: perform seal as-found reports and root cause analysis, troubleshoot systems, develop installation specifications, support sales with proposals, vendor coordination, inventory management, and conduct customer presentations and on-site service to grow business within assigned territory.
