Leads product initiatives from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include market and customer research, requirements development, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, business case and pricing development, pilot programs, product demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and internal stakeholders. The role also identifies partnership opportunities, defines success metrics, and delivers products within scope, timeline, and budget.

Handle high-volume inbound roadside assistance calls, gather location and vehicle details, dispatch tow and service providers, de-escalate distressed customers, document service activity, and coordinate in multiple digital systems. This fully remote role requires reliable schedule adherence, weekend and holiday availability, a dedicated quiet workspace, approved Windows equipment, hardwired internet, and at least one year of customer-facing experience.
