Supports principal investment sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio company operations, financial modeling, valuation, reporting, investment theses, and strategic initiatives. The intern prepares materials for investment committees and senior leadership while collaborating with partners, investment professionals, and portfolio company management teams. This is a full-time, four-month Toronto internship beginning January 2027.

Supports full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, university recruiting, onboarding, and candidate communications. Maintains applicant tracking systems, recruitment records, pipelines, reports, workflows, and assessment processes. Develops AI-assisted recruitment tools and automations, improves processes, and prepares documentation and metrics while handling confidential employee and candidate information.

Support the investment banking advisory team by producing business development content, market analyses, and presentations; conduct research and financial screening using databases; apply AI to improve content production and processes; manage outreach campaigns, CRM, and marketing materials; collaborate with senior partners to prioritize opportunities and support client development.
