Supports full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, university recruiting, onboarding, and candidate communications. Maintains applicant tracking systems, recruitment records, pipelines, reports, workflows, and assessment processes. Develops AI-assisted recruitment tools and automations, improves processes, and prepares documentation and metrics while handling confidential employee and candidate information.

Support the investment banking advisory team by producing business development content, market analyses, and presentations; conduct research and financial screening using databases; apply AI to improve content production and processes; manage outreach campaigns, CRM, and marketing materials; collaborate with senior partners to prioritize opportunities and support client development.

Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, maintain ATS and recruiting data, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, support talent sourcing, build and apply AI/automation tools to improve processes, produce reporting for leadership, and support broader business operations and communications.
