The Program Support Services Manager coordinates scheduling and activities that address residents' needs in a long-term care setting, supports documentation requirements, and manages volunteer programs.

Provide administrative support for a long-term care residence including reception backup, accounts receivable/payable, admissions/discharges, resident census and records, supply management, meeting minutes, and support to leadership and Office Manager as needed.
