Leads enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, pension, and total rewards strategy. Oversees program design, administration, compliance, analytics, reporting, vendor relationships, and Workday optimization. Partners with executives, HR, Operations, and Labour Relations on workforce planning and collective bargaining. Manages Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement Plan teams while driving continuous improvement, employee education, operational efficiency, and competitive, equitable rewards programs.

Manage strategic and operational HR support across Ontario care communities. Advise leaders and employees on employee and labour relations, collective agreements, grievances, investigations, performance management, workplace policies, attendance, return-to-work planning, and conflict resolution. Support WSIB claims, coach leaders, strengthen employee engagement, implement HR programs, and maintain confidential employee records using Workday and UKG. The role operates in a complex, multi-site, multi-union environment and requires regular travel between sites.

The Program Support Services Manager coordinates scheduling and activities that address residents' needs in a long-term care setting, supports documentation requirements, and manages volunteer programs.
