Administers and coordinates the RAI/MDS assessment program in a long-term care residence. Provides interdisciplinary team education, software training, coding support, and on-site assistance. Maintains assessment schedules, audits completion, ensures MDS timelines are met, and supports documentation accuracy and compliance with Ontario long-term care legislation and Ministry of Health standards.

Serves meals, assists with food and beverage preparation, sets and clears dining areas, provides tray service, cleans kitchen and dishware, supports catering and events, trains new dietary employees, and follows health and safety regulations in a senior living community.

Serves meals and beverages to residents and guests, assists with food preparation, tray service, table setup, dishwashing, and kitchen and dining-area cleanup. Supports catering, special events, and training new dietary employees while following health, safety, and departmental regulations. The role requires a Food Handler’s Certificate, physical stamina, customer service skills, and completion or enrollment in food service worker training.
