Support the President and CEO by managing a complex calendar, global travel, executive meetings, correspondence, expenses, confidential information, and special projects. Coordinate across the Executive Team and global organization, anticipate needs, resolve issues, improve processes, and protect the CEO’s time. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, independence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Lead biologics CMC, technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing programs from initiation through close-out. Develop project plans, manage budgets and contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams (PD, QC, QA, MSAT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), identify and mitigate risks, support late-stage activities (PPQ, regulatory submissions, commercialization), and maintain client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

Develops and executes category strategies for approximately $50 million in spend. Leads strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contract administration, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and procurement governance. Partners with stakeholders and global suppliers to optimize cost, quality, service, supply continuity, and working capital. Monitors market trends, manages supplier relationships, and drives continuous improvement across primarily indirect and selected direct categories.

Manages global digital marketing and demand generation programs, including social media, paid advertising, content, webinars, lead generation, CRM workflows, and campaign analytics. Partners with marketing, business development, agencies, and global stakeholders to improve brand awareness, qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, and digital performance. The role is hybrid in Bothell, Washington, with occasional travel to Europe and Japan.

Leads biologics projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating clients, technical teams, business development, and internal business units. Provides program direction, manages timelines and budgets, monitors progress, communicates with stakeholders, organizes meetings, documents decisions, follows up on action items, and prepares project change orders.

Lead a team of compliance and support staff in SCM to ensure GxP compliance, audit readiness, and qualification activities. Drive WMS/ERP integration, automation, data-driven improvements, Lean process optimization, and manage Deviation/CAPA/Change Requests while collaborating cross-functionally to improve warehouse performance and inventory visibility.
