Deliver and design GMP training, onboarding, and eLearning for Manufacturing & Engineering. Maintain compliant LMS records and training documentation, run classroom and practical sessions (aseptic behavior, gowning, train‑the‑trainer), apply TWI/LEAN for continuous improvement, and collaborate with SMEs to assess training needs and competency.

Lead a team of compliance and support staff in SCM to ensure GxP compliance, audit readiness, and qualification activities. Drive WMS/ERP integration, automation, data-driven improvements, Lean process optimization, and manage Deviation/CAPA/Change Requests while collaborating cross-functionally to improve warehouse performance and inventory visibility.

Provide technical leadership in MSAT for commercial downstream biologics manufacturing: support process change control and deviations, author and review technical/regulatory documentation, lead process improvement, conduct post-batch evaluations, support audits/inspections, analyze purification performance and process trends, and coordinate cross-departmental technical activities.

Lead biologics CMC, technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing programs from initiation through close-out. Develop project plans, manage budgets and contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams (PD, QC, QA, MSAT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), identify and mitigate risks, support late-stage activities (PPQ, regulatory submissions, commercialization), and maintain client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

Lead downstream development for late-stage biologics, design and execute experiments, analyze results statistically, author technical protocols and reports, contribute to FMECAs and regulatory control strategies, and provide cross-functional scientific support.
