Lead a team of compliance and support staff in SCM to ensure GxP compliance, audit readiness, and qualification activities. Drive WMS/ERP integration, automation, data-driven improvements, Lean process optimization, and manage Deviation/CAPA/Change Requests while collaborating cross-functionally to improve warehouse performance and inventory visibility.

Lead biologics CMC, technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing programs from initiation through close-out. Develop project plans, manage budgets and contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams (PD, QC, QA, MSAT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), identify and mitigate risks, support late-stage activities (PPQ, regulatory submissions, commercialization), and maintain client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.
