Supports North American business development for biologics and nucleic-acid development and manufacturing services. Responsibilities include researching and qualifying prospects, conducting multichannel outreach, managing CRM pipeline records, coordinating with BD and Marketing, attending industry events, communicating technical capabilities, gathering market intelligence, and generating qualified opportunities. The role requires 1–3 years of commercial experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, Boston-area residence, and approximately 15% domestic travel.

Support the President and CEO by managing a complex calendar, global travel, executive meetings, correspondence, expenses, confidential information, and special projects. Coordinate across the Executive Team and global organization, anticipate needs, resolve issues, improve processes, and protect the CEO’s time. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, independence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Lead biologics CMC, technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing programs from initiation through close-out. Develop project plans, manage budgets and contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams (PD, QC, QA, MSAT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), identify and mitigate risks, support late-stage activities (PPQ, regulatory submissions, commercialization), and maintain client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.
