Manage billing communications, event logistics, social media, website and marketplace assets, and special projects such as evaluating tools and building reporting systems. The role requires independent execution, strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working across varied responsibilities in a fast-growing in-person startup.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for construction contractors, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, ROI cases, negotiation, and closing. Build outbound pipeline, convert inbound and referral leads, improve sales processes and CRM workflows, lead sales reviews, and collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and company leadership. The role reports to the CEO and may expand into sales leadership.

Build full-stack and backend products that unify data and integrations across fragmented, legacy construction systems. Responsibilities include designing scalable APIs, connecting on-premise systems, handling millions of daily requests, developing caching and data storage layers, creating testing frameworks, and building frontend applications with React. The role requires strong ownership, customer collaboration, rapid iteration, and maintaining reliable integrations across thousands of endpoints.

Own recruiting efforts for technical and non-technical roles while helping scale the company’s hiring capacity.
