Build and own large-scale backend and full-stack systems supporting AI agents, data integrations, sync engines, and construction financial products. Design major subsystems, make architecture and build-versus-buy decisions, debug complex production issues, improve scalability and performance, and mentor engineers. Work across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, legacy on-premise integrations, caching, data consistency, and AI-powered workflows while collaborating directly with founders and customers.

Own Agave’s day-to-day marketing as its first full-time marketing hire. Responsibilities include product positioning, sales enablement, channel experiments, SEO and AI-search optimization, website and content production, email and lifecycle campaigns, customer upsell programs, review sites, analytics, and conference events. This hands-on role partners closely with founders and sales, personally writing copy, shipping pages, running experiments, and executing events in an in-person San Francisco environment.

Own and resolve the customer support queue for a B2B SaaS platform, triaging technical issues, diagnosing integrations and data problems, and communicating solutions clearly. Improve documentation, playbooks, SLAs, metrics, tooling, and support processes. Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering to identify recurring issues and influence the product roadmap. The role is customer-facing, fast-paced, and requires independent problem-solving, technical curiosity, and process orientation.
