Lead the transformation and scaling of Agate Software’s Project Management Organization. Responsibilities include PMO operating model and governance, portfolio strategy, capacity planning, delivery practices, metrics, change management, cross-functional alignment, customer outcomes, and development of PMO leaders. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Sales, and executive leadership to improve scalability, visibility, accountability, and delivery performance.
