Recruits, screens, enrolls, and follows up with program participants while maintaining accurate consent, participation, and evaluation data. Monitors data quality, prepares reports, identifies workflow gaps, supports corrective action, and assists with staff training on recruitment and evaluation procedures. Collaborates with program leadership, the PQI team, and an independent evaluator to ensure consistent implementation. Provides on-site support at program activities and maintains flexibility for evening and weekend work.
