Lead strategy, implementation, and evaluation of Birth–Grade 12 education programs. Build teams, partnerships, and sustainable funding; oversee budgets, data-driven improvement, compliance, and community-school initiatives to advance student and family outcomes.

Provide strengths-based case management and participant engagement for couples and individuals in the Becoming ONE program. Conduct intakes and assessments, facilitate relationship education, coordinate referrals and events, maintain documentation and data, collaborate with partners, and support quality improvement to strengthen family stability and relational health.

Provide trauma-informed, two-generation case management in a school setting: assess family needs, create individualized service plans, coordinate wraparound supports (health, mental wellness, housing, employment), document in CaseWorthy, track outcomes, run events, attend multidisciplinary meetings, and support program quality and data-driven continuous improvement.
