Supervise and lead Connectors delivering workforce development services, ensure program fidelity and data quality, manage caseloads and reporting, coordinate community events, provide training and supervision, and maintain accurate case management records.

Support case management, client services, program coordination, research/data collection, event planning, and community outreach for a faith-based nonprofit. Perform administrative tasks, uphold confidentiality, and advocate for families while receiving mentorship and potential academic credit.

Provide strengths-based case management and participant engagement for couples and individuals in the Becoming ONE program. Conduct intakes and assessments, facilitate relationship education, coordinate referrals and events, maintain documentation and data, collaborate with partners, and support quality improvement to strengthen family stability and relational health.
