Teams at Agape Child & Family Services

Lead strategy, implementation, and evaluation of Birth–Grade 12 education programs. Build teams, partnerships, and sustainable funding; oversee budgets, data-driven improvement, compliance, and community-school initiatives to advance student and family outcomes.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Executive/Leadership team: manage calendars, prepare documents, coordinate meetings and travel, maintain records, support office operations and events, take minutes, and collaborate across teams to ensure efficient leadership workflows and organizational responsiveness.

Provide relationship-based case management to fathers in the Becoming ONE program: intake, assessments, individualized goal planning, group facilitation, workshops, documentation, progress tracking, and partnership coordination to strengthen family stability and engagement using a strengths-based, Hope-centered approach.
