Performs advanced energy accounting, regulatory reporting, fuel tax returns, complex billing, customer account support, inventory and credit card reconciliations, prepay contract processing, and general ledger tie-outs. Maintains energy software, UST reports, financial records, internal controls, and compliance documentation. Supports fuel order dispatch, customer communications, accounts receivable activities, safety reporting, and month-end and annual reporting while coordinating with staff across cooperative locations.
