Lead the 2-3 year technology roadmap for marketing automation, campaign management, social and D2C foundations. Modernise innovation tooling, apply product discovery, advise build-vs-buy decisions, ensure GDPR-compliant consumer data practices, and align stakeholders to drive marketing effectiveness and the innovation pipeline.

Field-based Business Development Representative responsible for driving distribution, availability, and sales growth across a defined territory of impulse retail outlets. Build retailer relationships, execute brand and POS plans, meet sales KPIs, plan routes, collaborate with the territory team, and support energy portfolio expansion. Requires strong organisation, customer insight, and the ability to work independently on the road.

Manage the 13-week third-party production plan, ensure JIT material availability, control finished goods inventory, support NPD and S&OP processes, coordinate stock movements, and deputise for the Planning Manager while building third‑party relationships.

Manage UK GDPR and NIS2 compliance within Digital & Technology, maintain cyber policy library, support breach governance, drive policy adoption, coordinate penetration testing and vendor procurement, and track vulnerability remediation through GRC tools (Optro).

Lead Oracle Fusion configuration, governance, and data quality across Financials, Source-to-Pay, and HCM. Translate process designs into system settings, manage configuration roadmaps, QA managed-service deliverables, prevent configuration drift, and support ERP modernisation and technical debt tracking.
