Field-based Business Development Representative responsible for driving distribution and sales within a defined territory of convenience and independent retailers. Achieve sales KPIs, increase availability and display placement, execute brand plans and POS, build customer relationships, provide market insight, plan routes and manage time, and collaborate with the wider territory team. Occasional monthly meetings may require overnight stays.

Manages third-party supply planning across capacity, production schedules, inventory, materials, supplier performance, and co-manufacturing networks. The role drives S&OP integration, NPD and EPD project lifecycles, cost control, risk escalation, and continuous improvement in an FMCG environment. It also collaborates with Procurement, Deployment, Customer Service, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, with travel to supplier and company sites as needed.

Manage engineering compliance and technical documentation for capital and site-led projects in a beverage manufacturing facility. Represent engineering in project meetings, oversee technical files and CMMS records, coordinate CEAP governance, verify machinery safety and statutory compliance, and facilitate operational handovers. The role also resolves commissioning issues with contractors and OEMs while applying continuous improvement methods to improve asset integration and site OEE.

Drive distribution and sales growth for AG Barr’s on-trade portfolio across the North East and York. Own KPIs, develop joint business plans, secure new accounts, manage supply/forecasting, execute activations, oversee promotional budgets, use data-driven insights, and maintain strong buyer and internal stakeholder relationships.
