Lead all financial management for the Ivorian entity: accounting under SYSCOHADA, treasury, payroll, tax and social-security compliance, month-end and statutory audit coordination, ERP rollout, budgeting and reporting, and gradually build and supervise the local finance team while interfacing with operations and Group head office.

Lead the Group's public affairs strategy, manage government and stakeholder relations, oversee advocacy efforts, and provide strategic intelligence on risks impacting operations.
