Deploy and build Afresh's AI platform: embed with customers to integrate data and ship production LLM/agent systems, then harden field learnings into reusable platform components, tooling, and observability to improve quality and scale.

Lead customer discovery with enterprise grocers, identify high-value AI opportunities, develop business cases, define MVPs and success criteria, and guide solutions through deployment. Manage stakeholders from frontline users to executives, partner with Sales and Engineering, drive adoption and expansion, and translate customer insights into product direction. The role requires retail knowledge, technical fluency, commercial judgment, and willingness to travel approximately 25–50%.

Own and evolve Afresh’s analytics platform, including data architecture, dimensional models, semantic-layer metrics, pipelines, data quality, governance, and AI-assisted analytics tooling. Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and operations teams to support internal and customer-facing data products. Lead high-impact projects, optimize billion-row datasets, establish reliable analytics practices, and mentor other engineers.

Lead Afresh's account-based demand strategy for enterprise grocery retailers: build AI-native ABM and demand-gen systems, create agentic workflows for signal detection and personalization, run multi-channel campaigns, partner with Sales/RevOps to convert engagement to pipeline, and measure/optimize programs to scale what works.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Afresh, you will manage strategic sales for large grocers, building relationships, guiding through the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Manage revenue, retention, and expansion for strategic enterprise grocery accounts. Own C-suite relationships, lead executive discovery and QBRs, coordinate internal product and operations alignment, and run complex renewals and expansion deals.
