Coordinates telecommunications and infrastructure projects from planning and field readiness through completion and financial handoff. Responsibilities include maintaining project records, schedules, vendors, quotations, permits, materials, safety prerequisites, scope changes, completion documentation, and project-management-system updates. The role serves as a liaison among clients, vendors, contractors, field teams, engineering, finance, and project management; tracks risks and dependencies; resolves routine issues; escalates matters requiring authority; and supports operational process improvement.

Supports project and financial administration throughout the project lifecycle, including project setup, purchasing, invoicing, budget updates, reconciliations, project reviews, document control, and close-out. Maintains accurate records, tracks outstanding items, prepares reports and invoice packages, verifies approvals and documentation, and escalates exceptions or financial risks. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Operations, and project delivery teams while supporting month-end activities and workflow improvements.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for critical data center infrastructure categories. Lead global supplier relationships, negotiations, capacity planning, risk mitigation, supplier performance reviews, and cost optimization. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, manufacturing, finance, quality, and program teams to support hyperscale data center growth, new product introductions, supply continuity, and supplier innovation.
