Supports and modernizes automated cable manufacturing equipment through PLC/HMI programming, controls upgrades, machine integration, commissioning, advanced troubleshooting, and equipment relocation support. Designs electromechanical and automation solutions, upgrades legacy controls, resolves equipment failures, documents technical changes, and collaborates with Maintenance, Operations, Process Engineering, OEMs, and integrators to improve reliability, safety, throughput, quality, and maintainability.

Lead manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across production. Manage improvement projects, apply Six Sigma/TQM, FMEA, control plans, MSA, and statistical analysis. Support audits, feasibility studies, new product/process validation, and automation efforts while fostering cultural change and cross-functional teamwork.

The Operations Manager will oversee operational targets, maintain quality systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to satisfy customer requirements.
