The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) assesses psychosocial symptoms of patients and families, develops objectives, provides psychoeducation, and offers consultations to the Interdisciplinary Group.

Lead and direct all hospice services and staff to ensure regulatory compliance, clinical quality, financial stability, and achievement of operational and strategic goals. Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate personnel; oversee IDG meetings, patient care processes, performance improvement, community relations, billing/invoicing oversight, and on-call administration.

The PRN RN is responsible for planning, organizing, and providing hospice care, including case management and clinical direction for patients and families.
