The Executive Director oversees hospice services, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing personnel, and developing care standards and objectives.

Lead and direct all hospice services and staff to ensure regulatory compliance, clinical quality, financial stability, and achievement of operational and strategic goals. Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate personnel; oversee IDG meetings, patient care processes, performance improvement, community relations, billing/invoicing oversight, and on-call administration.

The Registered Nurse Case Manager provides hospice care, plans and directs services, manages clinical teams, and ensures quality patient care.
