Manage daily office operations for a hospice branch, providing administrative support, compliance monitoring, patient and visitor service, mail and supply management, billing data entry, and HR/branch coordination to ensure efficient office functioning.

Provide and manage hospice nursing care in patients' homes, develop and document individualized plans of care, supervise aides/LPNs, ensure infection control and third-party payer compliance, perform on-call duties, and support interdisciplinary team coordination and family education.

Provide hospice nursing and case management in patients' homes: develop and implement care plans, direct interdisciplinary team, ensure documentation and payer compliance, supervise aides/LPNs, follow infection control, perform on-call duties, and support department goals.

Provide administrative support to the hospice IDG clinical team by managing clinical records, ensuring regulatory compliance (state, federal, ACHC), maintaining record systems, supervising the records team, coordinating scheduling, performing audits, following up on unsigned physician orders, and supporting QA and other clinical support duties.
