Set up, operate, and inspect CNC vertical machining centers, lathes, and grinders to machine parts per prints. Perform CNC programming (preferred), operate multiple machines, ensure quality and safety, collaborate with engineering and management, and handle routine paperwork and material handling.

Provide inbound phone and email customer support for order processing, shipment monitoring, pricing, credits, and non-stock updates. Maintain contracts and order forms, run daily reports, document and escalate issues, assist sales and inventory tasks, and support sourcing and cycle counts.

Lead regional P&L and commercial performance for the West division, oversee branch management and customer programs, drive growth and new business launches, mentor direct and indirect reports, align regional priorities with corporate strategy, and ensure high customer service and operational execution.
