Leads quality strategy and execution across the North American Components business unit. Oversees customer and supplier quality, quality management systems, compliance, risk management, continuous improvement, quality escalations, and cost-of-poor-quality reduction. Establishes standardized processes and metrics across multiple locations, supports new business and product initiatives, partners with operations and procurement, aligns with corporate quality, and develops a high-performing quality organization.

Performs route and special deliveries, schedules materials at customer facilities, converts scanned orders into sales orders, responds to stock shortages, maintains organized customer locations, and communicates customer requests or complaints. Requires a valid driver’s license, good driving record, MVR verification, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong communication skills.

Coordinates quality documentation and customer certifications, ensuring records are accurate, complete, archived, and compliant. Expedites manufacturing work orders, schedules pickups and deliveries, updates stakeholders, maintains databases, and supports the Quality Manager with special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
