Design, develop, configure, and maintain Infor LN solutions and integrations (ION, ION API, BODs) for manufacturing, finance, and supply chain. Manage ERP environments on AWS GovCloud/IRIS, ensure compliance (NIST, CMMC, ITAR, SOX), support audits, provide Tier 2/3 support, perform testing/UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Data & AI CoE to deliver governed data and reporting (Power BI).

Lead engineering project execution for an Unmanned Aerial System program, develop and manage project plans, align cross-discipline teams, chair design reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR/FDR), approve engineering changes, and drive root-cause corrective actions. Provide technical authority, status briefings, and support integrated scheduling and verification activities across the product lifecycle.

Lead stress analyses for metallic and composite aircraft structures to demonstrate compliance with FAA Part 23/25. Perform loads development, hand calculations, FEM modeling, fatigue & damage tolerance assessments, produce formal structural substantiation and F&DT reports, develop macros, interface with design engineers, and support certification documentation and testing.

Supports production by deploying inspection processes, performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective/preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement to ensure assemblies meet aerospace quality and AS9100 requirements. Lead manufacturing engineering to transition UAV/USV designs to production: create assembly work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods; optimize processes, layout, MRP and production planning; analyze costs and quality; train technicians; coordinate maintenance; ensure regulatory compliance and support cross-functional teams.
