Lead pricing strategy and proposal development for government and commercial contracts. Ensure FAR/CAS/DFARS compliance, build pricing models, coordinate cross-functional inputs, respond to DCAA/DCMA inquiries, and transition awarded proposals to execution while optimizing profitability.

Manage subcontract procurement lifecycle for DoD programs: draft and negotiate NDAs/teaming agreements, create RFPs, evaluate proposals, conduct price and cost analyses, administer subcontracts (FFP/cost-type), ensure FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance, interface with legal, finance, programs, and supplier base, and support closeout and risk mitigation.

Lead systems engineering for DoD weapon systems: define system/subsystem requirements, verify/validate and test, develop architectures, manage integration/configuration, support reviews and test events, mentor engineers, and liaise with contractors and government stakeholders.

Lead manufacturing engineering to transition UAV/USV designs to production: create assembly work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods; optimize processes, layout, MRP and production planning; analyze costs and quality; train technicians; coordinate maintenance; ensure regulatory compliance and support cross-functional teams.

Review and oversee declassification and release of sensitive litigation-related documents. Conduct desktop research, identify OGA equities, apply redaction codes, manage referrals, record decisions in sponsor systems, and prepare documentation for legal review following EO 13526, FOIA, and Privacy Act requirements.

Lead design and development of mechanical systems for military weapons platforms, manage mass properties, prototyping, tooling, integration, testing and flight operations, apply DFx and CAE/CAM, produce technical documentation, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with standards.

Manage technical programs for airborne ISR payloads: develop system requirements and acquisition documents, track technical performance and schedules, prepare briefs/reports, coordinate meetings and logistics, assess O&M technical and financial risk, and provide field support including CONUS and periodic OCONUS travel for maintenance, testing, and upgrades.

Lead stress analyses for metallic and composite aircraft structures to demonstrate compliance with FAA Part 23/25. Perform loads development, hand calculations, FEM modeling, fatigue & damage tolerance assessments, produce formal structural substantiation and F&DT reports, develop macros, interface with design engineers, and support certification documentation and testing.

Lead a portfolio of DoD technical development and production programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution, financial performance, staffing, and customer satisfaction. Mentor program management teams, conduct monthly program reviews, support capture and proposal efforts, maintain QMS and government compliance, and drive portfolio growth aligned with corporate goals.

Provide administrative support to a contracts manufacturing program: schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare reports and presentations, maintain SharePoint and Teams, coordinate travel via Concur, track expenses and credit card program, take minutes, organize files per PMO standards, liaise with stakeholders, and support program events and process improvements.

Lead engineering project execution for an Unmanned Aerial System program, develop and manage project plans, align cross-discipline teams, chair design reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR/FDR), approve engineering changes, and drive root-cause corrective actions. Provide technical authority, status briefings, and support integrated scheduling and verification activities across the product lifecycle.
