Lead tax strategy, accounting (ASC 740), compliance and reporting for a public company. Oversee quarterly/annual tax provisions, SEC tax disclosures, SOX controls, federal/state/international tax filings, audits, and tax planning including M&A. Manage external advisors, cross-functional partnerships, and present tax matters to senior leadership.

Leads government and commercial contract pricing strategy and proposal development. Analyzes RFP requirements, builds cost models, evaluates pricing scenarios, and projects revenue and profitability. Ensures compliance with FAR, DFAR, CAS, and TINA requirements; supports audits, negotiations, certifications, and proposal reviews. Collaborates with leadership, capture teams, estimators, and pricing management while managing concurrent submissions and potentially mentoring junior analysts.

Develops, analyzes, prototypes, tests, and integrates mechanical systems for aircraft and spacecraft. Responsibilities include risk assessment, failure mitigation, manufacturing and assembly oversight, quality assurance, and technical documentation. Collaborates with electrical, software, and systems engineering teams in a hands-on prototyping environment. Requires mechanical engineering knowledge, CAD, FEA, CFD, aerospace standards familiarity, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
