Lead pricing strategy and proposal development for government and commercial contracts. Ensure FAR/CAS/DFARS compliance, build pricing models, coordinate cross-functional inputs, respond to DCAA/DCMA inquiries, and transition awarded proposals to execution while optimizing profitability.

Provide high-level administrative support and office management for the executive team: manage calendars, travel, communications, meetings, expense reports, filing, vendor coordination, front-desk duties, confidential information, and special projects to ensure efficient executive operations.

Lead tax strategy, accounting (ASC 740), compliance and reporting for a public company. Oversee quarterly/annual tax provisions, SEC tax disclosures, SOX controls, federal/state/international tax filings, audits, and tax planning including M&A. Manage external advisors, cross-functional partnerships, and present tax matters to senior leadership.
