Leads international business development and revenue growth for UAS, ISR, and defense support services. Builds senior relationships with DoD, intelligence, and special operations customers; develops pipelines; shapes acquisition strategies; leads capture, teaming, proposal, and bid decisions; monitors defense market trends; and aligns technical, programmatic, pricing, and corporate growth strategies. Manages strategic partnerships, executive customer engagement, forecasting, and business development teams.

Manage the full lifecycle of international DoD, Foreign Military Sales, and Direct Commercial Sales contracts. Lead negotiation, execution, compliance, risk mitigation, and performance oversight while coordinating with legal, finance, export compliance, supply chain, and program teams. Draft and review various agreements, support government and international partners, improve contract processes, train stakeholders, and mentor contract administrators. Requires expertise in FAR, DFARS, export controls, international contracting, and cross-cultural negotiation.

Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains electrical systems for unmanned aerial, ground, and surface vehicles. Responsibilities include schematic and PCB development, embedded programming, power electronics, RF systems, battery management, troubleshooting, production support, test automation, and transitioning R&D designs into production. The role collaborates with engineers, technicians, clients, and production teams while supporting system installation, maintenance, repair, and compliance with technical standards.
