Support supplier communications, monitor F&B and housekeeping inventory, manage deliveries and monthly counts, process purchase and sales invoices, perform daily cash counts and reconciliations, prepare variance and cash flow reports, and verify F&B charges to ensure smooth finance and administrative operations at a luxury resort.

Support daily accounting across a cluster of Italian properties: record and reconcile transactions, manage A/P and A/R, maintain VAT registers and fixed assets, perform bank and ledger reconciliations, assist monthly/yearly closings, ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and prepare audit documentation.

Welcome and serve guests in a luxury hotel restaurant: prepare mise-en-place, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, present food and beverages, support service during events and busy shifts, collaborate with the team, listen to guest needs, and follow Aethos standards and procedures.

Greet and check guests in/out, manage reservations and inquiries, handle payments and cash procedures, support Front Office Manager, coordinate guest services and transport, resolve complaints, maintain records and compliance, assist other departments, and use upselling to maximize occupancy.
