Welcome and assist guests on arrival, handle and transport luggage, escort guests to rooms, provide local information, monitor lobby security, collaborate with front desk and departments to deliver attentive, service-oriented guest experiences.

Support daily accounting across a cluster of Italian properties: record and reconcile transactions, manage A/P and A/R, maintain VAT registers and fixed assets, perform bank and ledger reconciliations, assist monthly/yearly closings, ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and prepare audit documentation.

Support supplier communications, monitor F&B and housekeeping inventory, manage deliveries and monthly counts, process purchase and sales invoices, perform daily cash counts and reconciliations, prepare variance and cash flow reports, and verify F&B charges to ensure smooth finance and administrative operations at a luxury resort.

Support daily accounting operations for a boutique hotel: reconcile revenues, assist AP/AR, perform cash and POS reconciliations, monitor departmental costs, maintain accounting archives, assist VAT and tax filings, and collaborate with operational teams.

Lead commercial performance and PR for Aethos Mallorca and Aethos Club Palma: develop and execute luxury leisure and MICE sales strategies, build partner and media relationships, analyse market data to inform revenue and communication plans, collaborate with leadership and revenue teams to meet budgeting and brand objectives.

Greet and check guests in/out, manage reservations and inquiries, handle payments and cash procedures, support Front Office Manager, coordinate guest services and transport, resolve complaints, maintain records and compliance, assist other departments, and use upselling to maximize occupancy.
