Structured management training in a boutique hotel: rotate through departments, assist operations managers, support guest and team engagement, learn decision-making, and develop leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to improve service and operational standards.

Support hotel finance operations: record and reconcile daily revenues, assist AP/AR, perform cash/POS and bank reconciliations, monitor departmental costs, maintain accounting archives, assist VAT/tax filings, and collaborate with operations teams.

Greet and check guests in/out, manage reservations and inquiries, handle payments and cash procedures, support Front Office Manager, coordinate guest services and transport, resolve complaints, maintain records and compliance, assist other departments, and use upselling to maximize occupancy.
