Welcome and assist guests on arrival, handle and deliver luggage safely, provide local recommendations, and resolve guest inquiries promptly with courteous service.

Lead execution and optimisation of guest communications across the hotel portfolio. Manage lifecycle automations, produce brand newsletters, write CRM copy, support local teams on segmentation and campaigns, ensure data quality and integrations, report on CRM KPIs, and recommend performance improvements. Fixed-term maternity cover with possible extension.
