Translate Restructured Energy Market (REM) design into technical implementation details, specify market mechanisms and settlement processes, coordinate across engineering, operations, IT, legal, finance and communications, engage external stakeholders, and produce clear decision documents, memos, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

The Senior Market Design Analyst will engage stakeholders, assess market design alternatives, and communicate options to shape Alberta's electricity market while leveraging expertise in economics or engineering.

Support Alberta's electricity market and grid reliability by administering market access systems, onboarding participants, managing contracts and payments, providing customer support and training, documenting processes, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams to improve market support and operational efficiency.
