Travel up to 50%.

Define and develop compressed air products for the U.S. market by creating production drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. Ensure manufacturability, compliance with US standards, support testing and validation, collaborate with product management, sourcing, and global engineering, and drive continuous improvement from operations and field feedback.

Lead establishment and scaling of a Charlotte compressed air facility: site selection and buildout, implement warehouse and assembly processes, inventory controls, staffing, tooling, quality and safety systems, supplier qualification, KPI ownership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

Lead regional sales for industrial blower and compressor solutions across PA/WV/VA/DE/MD. Develop new customers and applications, manage key accounts, support aftermarket growth, prepare quotes/bids, deliver presentations, coordinate with engineering/project teams, support order processing, and represent the company at trade shows. Requires frequent travel and CRM/ERP reporting.

Lead procurement, planning, inventory, and supply chain operations for blowers and compressors. Ensure material availability, drive supplier relationships, optimize purchasing and inventory processes, develop forecasts and KPIs, lead and coach a supply chain team, partner cross-functionally, and implement continuous improvement and spend governance.

Define USA compressed air product requirements, close gaps (compliance, testing, documentation), and drive product readiness with engineering, supply chain, and sales. Lead ASME/UL/efficiency compliance work, manage product changes, capture customer/channel input, enable sales/service, and qualify suppliers to support quoting and near-term delivery.

Lead sales and account management for Aerzen blower and compressor solutions in the Northeast industrial market. Develop new customers and applications, support existing accounts and aftermarket growth, prepare quotations and bids, deliver presentations, forecast and report using CRM/ERP, support trade shows, and coordinate with engineering, project management, and reliability teams to drive orders and retrofit/upgrades.

Manage and grow Aerzen's customer base in the Northeast by selling blowers and compressors. Develop new accounts and applications, support existing customers and OEMs, prepare quotes and bids, forecast sales, collaborate with engineering and project teams, attend trade shows, and drive aftermarket business while traveling frequently.

Manage and audit expense reports in Concur, ensure proper coding and timeliness, run and develop expense reporting, support month-end reconciliations and journal entries, improve and automate accounting processes, train employees on T&E policies, provide AR/AP/accounting backup, partner with internal and external teams, and prepare ad hoc reports.

Manage key strategic manufacturing projects from initiation through closure. Plan, execute, report status, manage risks and budgets, coordinate across value streams, apply lean principles for process improvements, and maintain project-management certifications. Provide updates to Director of Operations and support post-delivery activities.

Own the controls product line (AERprocess, VFDs, AERtronic, ICP): conduct market research, define product requirements and roadmaps, coordinate engineering, sales, sourcing and supply chain, manage pricing/quoting, train internal/external teams, support quality and profitability analysis, and drive global product launch and lifecycle activities.
