Supports aftermarket growth by engaging industrial equipment customers, validating installed-base and service data, identifying service opportunities, and coordinating follow-up with Sales, Service, Parts, and Technical Support. Maintains ERP and CRM data integrity, analyzes customer and equipment trends, and develops dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support forecasting, operational planning, and customer retention.

Creates 3D models, layouts, fabrication drawings, and weldment drawings for aeration and wastewater treatment systems using Autodesk Inventor. Converts 2D drawings into 3D models, maintains parts libraries, supports engineering and sales proposals, and assists customers with troubleshooting and field installations. Communicates with contractors and engineers while interpreting blueprints, sales data, and technical documentation.

Lead process gas sales by identifying and managing end-user and licensor opportunities across petrochemical, oil & gas, power gen, LNG, and CCUS. Develop and maintain sales funnel, influence specifications, secure Aerzen as preferred vendor, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, prepare forecasts and proposals, and support clients through design phases. Travel up to 50%.
