Lead process gas sales by identifying and managing end-user and licensor opportunities across petrochemical, oil & gas, power gen, LNG, and CCUS. Develop and maintain sales funnel, influence specifications, secure Aerzen as preferred vendor, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, prepare forecasts and proposals, and support clients through design phases. Travel up to 50%.

Design, document, troubleshoot, and support Aerzen blowers and compressors. Produce drawings, BOMs, calculations, and engineering tools. Support production, quality, sales, and service; follow ISO 9001 design processes; perform root-cause analysis; coordinate projects and third-party interactions; and travel up to 25%.

Provide technical leadership for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support of Aerzen blowers, compressors, controls and related systems. Interface with sales, service, customers and engineering to resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, develop engineering solutions, author technical documentation, and deliver on-site/remote training. Use CRM/ERP and engineering tools to track interactions and drive product improvements while ensuring safety and compliance.
