Provides first-line, on-site technical support across five locations. Troubleshoots computers, peripherals, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and business applications; manages accounts, permissions, devices, software, and access; assists with networking, security, compliance, asset tracking, documentation, and incident response. The role requires clear customer communication, accurate ticket documentation, basic Windows and networking knowledge, and occasional after-hours coverage for deployments or incidents.

Performs structural analyses and develops substantiation for aircraft modifications, repairs, and certification programs. Evaluates strength, stiffness, fatigue, damage tolerance, vibration, thermal performance, and airworthiness compliance. Prepares stress reports, margin-of-safety calculations, certification documentation, and engineering analyses. Reviews designs, develops load paths and analytical models, supports fabrication, testing, and installation, and collaborates with engineering, production, quality, customers, and certification authorities.

Plans and coordinates aircraft certification activities for modifications, repairs, and aerospace programs. Develops certification strategies, compliance plans, engineering reports, conformity documentation, test plans, and continued-airworthiness materials. Coordinates with engineering, production, quality teams, FAA representatives, DERs, ODA organizations, military authorities, customers, and suppliers. Reviews technical data, supports inspections and ground or flight testing, maintains configuration-controlled documentation, and identifies certification and compliance risks.

Supports the government business development and proposal lifecycle by researching opportunities, analyzing solicitations, preparing RFI and RFP responses, coordinating proposal volumes, maintaining compliance matrices and reusable content, and managing proposal schedules, reviews, systems, and partner inputs. Collaborates with executives, sales, technical experts, project managers, and subcontractors to produce compliant, compelling submissions.
