Operate Gulfstream G-200 aircraft as Pilot in Command during two-pilot and augmented crew charter operations. Ensure safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant flights while complying with FAA regulations and company procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of flight safety and operational excellence. The role follows a rotating schedule and requires substantial total, PIC, and G-200 flight hours, recent oceanic crossing experience, simulator training, and applicable FAA credentials.

Supports the government business development and proposal lifecycle by researching opportunities, analyzing solicitations, preparing RFI and RFP responses, coordinating proposal volumes, maintaining compliance matrices and reusable content, and managing proposal schedules, reviews, systems, and partner inputs. Collaborates with executives, sales, technical experts, project managers, and subcontractors to produce compliant, compelling submissions.

Operate as Second-in-Command on Learjet aircraft, supporting the Pilot-in-Command during flight planning, execution, inspections, checklist completion, system monitoring, communications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, aircraft limitations, company procedures, and safety management systems. Provide professional passenger service, participate in recurrent training and proficiency checks, report maintenance needs, and support international travel as required.

Designs, analyzes, integrates, and documents aircraft electrical and avionics systems for modification and certification programs. Develops schematics, wiring diagrams, cable assemblies, installation drawings, load analyses, and certification documentation. Ensures compliance with FAA regulations, EWIS guidance, MIL standards, and customer requirements. Supports production, installation, troubleshooting, testing, and aircraft modification activities while coordinating with mechanical engineering, certification, quality, vendors, and customers.

Performs structural analysis and engineering substantiation for aircraft modifications, repairs, and certification programs. Evaluates strength, stiffness, fatigue, damage tolerance, vibration, thermal performance, and airworthiness compliance using FEA and hand calculations. Prepares stress reports, engineering analyses, margin-of-safety calculations, certification documentation, and technical data. Reviews designs, coordinates with engineering and production teams, supports fabrication, testing, and certification activities, and maintains controlled engineering documentation.

Leads the company’s finance organization and financial strategy, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, internal controls, government-contract cost accounting, cash management, forecasting, and capital allocation. Advises executive leadership and the board, oversees financial reporting and contract profitability, manages external financial relationships, builds the finance team, and drives ERP, reporting, automation, business intelligence, and data-governance improvements.

Plans, coordinates, and executes aircraft certification activities for modifications, repairs, and aerospace programs. Develops certification strategies, compliance plans, engineering reports, conformity documentation, test plans, and continued-airworthiness materials. Coordinates with engineering, production, quality, customers, FAA representatives, DERs, ODA organizations, and military authorities. Reviews technical documentation, supports inspections and ground and flight testing, maintains configuration-controlled records, and identifies certification risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Performs flight sciences analyses for aircraft modifications, repairs, and certification programs, including aerodynamics, CFD, aircraft performance, structural loading, flutter, stability, flight testing, and certification compliance. Develops technical reports, substantiation packages, test plans, instrumentation requirements, and engineering recommendations. Coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering, production, quality, customers, regulators, military authorities, and suppliers while supporting aircraft fabrication, ground testing, flight testing, configuration control, and airworthiness activities.
