Lead end-to-end delivery of low-voltage and network hardware installation projects for managed Wi‑Fi. Develop plans, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors, oversee installations and QA, engage clients, mitigate risks, and drive project closeouts and lessons learned.

Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot connectivity and hardware, perform remote diagnostics, escalate unresolved issues, update documentation and status, de-escalate irate customers, meet performance benchmarks, support outage messaging/website updates, assist NOC scheduling, and participate in training.
