Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot connectivity and hardware, perform remote diagnostics, escalate unresolved issues, update documentation and status, de-escalate irate customers, meet performance benchmarks, support outage messaging/website updates, assist NOC scheduling, and participate in training.

The Project Manager leads low voltage and network hardware installation projects, overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, and team coordination to ensure timely, quality delivery.
