Program, set up, and support 3/4/5-axis CNC milling operations using NX and CAD to produce aircraft parts. Create setup sheets, perform test runs, estimate project time/materials, collaborate with engineering on fixtures and manufacturability, assemble parts, and drive process improvements.

Manage controlled document lifecycle, maintain data integrity across SharePoint/MES/Quality Portal, process DTMs, support audits, ensure AS9100 compliance, troubleshoot cross-system data issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Design, specify, install, calibrate, and validate aircraft instrumentation systems for flight test. Support flight and ground test operations including sensor selection, wiring diagrams, signal conditioning, data recording/validation, telemetry/antenna tracking, and documentation. Provide test monitoring, configuration changes, training, and equipment management.

Lead execution of complex aerospace programs from planning through delivery: develop schedules and budgets, manage scope, risks, stakeholders, and customer relationships, support capture and proposals, and report program performance to ensure quality, schedule, and financial targets.

Plan, author, and execute flight and ground test programs for Part 23/25/27/29 aircraft and novel propulsion demonstrators. Coordinate certification requirements, write FTEO/test plans and hazard analyses, support ground ops and onboard test roles, collect and analyze flight test data, prepare certification substantiation, and manage logistics and safety for domestic and occasional international test campaigns.

Lead AeroTEC systems engineering across programs: own requirements, safety, security, certification, development planning, V&V (excluding flight/ground test), configuration, reliability, and cybersecurity coordination. Develop and improve SE processes, manage Group Leads and engineers, oversee cost/schedule/quality using EVM, ensure technical quality of artifacts, manage contractors, collaborate with flight test/design/program management/customers, and drive capability growth.

Lead flight test planning and execution for certification and experimental programs. Author test plans, FTEO packages, hazard analyses and limitations; coordinate logistics, ground operations, instrumentation, telemetry and airspace; serve onboard as Test Director or Instrumentation Operator; analyze time-history data and prepare certification substantiation. Support novel technology demonstrators and travel domestically and internationally.

Coordinate and monitor programs and sales proposals: manage schedules, budgets, status reporting, risk identification, and proposal responses. Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, ensure compliance with PMO processes, and drive continuous improvement in proposal and estimating workflows.

Lead EWIS design, integration, testing, and certification across aerospace programs. Act as technical authority for wiring installations, create/maintain wiring diagrams and harness models, coordinate with systems, manufacturing, supply chain, customers, and certification authorities to ensure airworthiness and compliance.

Own planning and execution of small-to-mid aerospace programs from award through completion. Lead cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, certification and test; manage IMS, budgets, EACs, risks, issues, customer communications, and program performance. Support proposals and trade-off assessments to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.

Lead and manage an electrical systems engineering group for aerospace projects: hire, develop, and assign engineers; meet group metrics; act as SME for electrical/EWIS design, testing, and certification; ensure safety, regulatory and export-control compliance; perform engineering tasks and travel frequently.

Lead Product Innovation across concept, mechanical design, wind-tunnel models, analysis for certification, prototyping, and delivery. Manage Group Leads and Engineers, own processes, PLM/CAD standards, cost/schedule/quality (EVM), risk, and cross-functional stakeholder integration through program lifecycle.
