Lead execution of complex aerospace programs from planning through delivery: develop schedules and budgets, manage scope, risks, stakeholders, and customer relationships, support capture and proposals, and report program performance to ensure quality, schedule, and financial targets.

Support PMO by coordinating and monitoring programs and small projects, preparing schedules and status reports, tracking budget and schedule variances, and assisting proposal creation. Liaise across engineering, finance, procurement, and manufacturing, document actions, identify risks, and implement process improvements to enhance proposal and program execution.

Lead and manage an Avionic Systems engineering group: hire, mentor, assign work, track metrics, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, act as SME, support certification and testing, and perform engineering tasks as needed. Frequent domestic and international travel required.

Support PMO by coordinating small-to-medium programs and proposal efforts: create and monitor schedules, prepare status reports, analyze budget/schedule variances, manage proposal schedules and RFP/RFQ/SOW reviews, liaise with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Own planning and execution of small-to-mid aerospace programs from award through completion. Lead cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, certification and test; manage IMS, budgets, EACs, risks, issues, customer communications, and program performance. Support proposals and trade-off assessments to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.

Provide strategic and technical leadership for structural design/stress, flight sciences, and product innovation. Lead managers, set technical direction, ensure certification deliverables (DER, FAA/EASA/TC), oversee resource deployment and EVM, drive cross-functional integration, and represent AeroTEC with customers and regulators. Manage recruitment, performance, and partnerships; ensure quality, testing, and certification readiness across programs.

Support and lead aircraft certification projects from planning through approval. Interface with FAA and international authorities, prepare and review certification plans and compliance data, liaise with DERs, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and flight test teams to ensure airworthiness.

Program, set up, and support 3/4/5-axis CNC milling operations using NX and CAD to produce aircraft parts. Create setup sheets, perform test runs, estimate project time/materials, collaborate with engineering on fixtures and manufacturability, assemble parts, and drive process improvements.

Lead flight test planning and execution for certification and experimental programs. Author test plans, FTEO packages, hazard analyses and limitations; coordinate logistics, ground operations, instrumentation, telemetry and airspace; serve onboard as Test Director or Instrumentation Operator; analyze time-history data and prepare certification substantiation. Support novel technology demonstrators and travel domestically and internationally.

Serve as a customer-facing solutions architect for aerospace programs: develop internal SOWs, shape proposal responses, coordinate SMEs across disciplines, build BOEs and resource plans, engage customers on certification and test strategies, support BD and contract handoffs, and represent AeroTEC technically at meetings and events.

Lead Product Innovation across concept, mechanical design, wind-tunnel models, analysis for certification, prototyping, and delivery. Manage Group Leads and Engineers, own processes, PLM/CAD standards, cost/schedule/quality (EVM), risk, and cross-functional stakeholder integration through program lifecycle.

Manage controlled document lifecycle, maintain data integrity across SharePoint/MES/Quality Portal, process DTMs, support audits, ensure AS9100 compliance, troubleshoot cross-system data issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Senior technical authority for ISR program engineering, leading systems integration, sensor payload installation, mission systems certification, and airworthiness compliance. Owns technical approach, risk management, certification strategies, and flight test verification. Interfaces with customers, regulators, DERs, and cross-functional engineering teams; provides technical mentorship and supports proposals and program planning.

Lead AeroTEC systems engineering across programs: own requirements, safety, security, certification, development planning, V&V (excluding flight/ground test), configuration, reliability, and cybersecurity coordination. Develop and improve SE processes, manage Group Leads and engineers, oversee cost/schedule/quality using EVM, ensure technical quality of artifacts, manage contractors, collaborate with flight test/design/program management/customers, and drive capability growth.

Oversee day-to-day aerospace manufacturing operations, ensuring schedules, quality, safety, cost control, and customer commitments. Manage resource planning, production scheduling, estimating, continuous improvement (lean), compliance, audits, and team leadership. Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to support production readiness and project delivery.
