Leads AeroTEC’s aerospace engineering department across multiple disciplines, setting technical strategy, managing teams, budgets, hiring, projects, processes, risks, compliance, and business development. The role oversees engineering delivery throughout the aircraft development lifecycle, promotes safety and continuous improvement, develops organizational capabilities, and represents the company in customer and strategic engagements. Requires extensive aerospace or flight-test experience, senior leadership experience, domestic and international travel, and U.S. person status for export-control compliance.

Programs, sets up, and supports operation of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines for aerospace parts. Analyzes drawings and CAD models, develops machining strategies and setup documentation, conducts test runs, estimates machining requirements, and collaborates with engineering on fixtures, tooling, manufacturability, and process improvements. The role also supports aircraft-part assembly, fabrication, purchasing, and CAD-based product design.

Lead and manage an Avionic Systems engineering group: hire, mentor, assign work, track metrics, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, act as SME, support certification and testing, and perform engineering tasks as needed. Frequent domestic and international travel required.
