Lead company-wide nonconformance management for flight-critical hardware. Own MRB activities, author deviations/waivers, lead RCCA investigations using 8D/FTA/DOE/FMEA, manage supplier quality, drive PFMEA and FAI, report quality metrics to leadership, mentor junior QEs, and respond to customer/regulatory CARs/SCARs.

Set up, load, and oversee CNC mills and lathes; perform blueprint math and measurements; make tool offsets and program simple parts; operate manual mills, lathes and grinders; use CAD/CAM and G/M code; update setup sheets and follow procedures; mentor operators and support machinist leads.
