Performs sewing operations for tarps and tarp systems on the production floor, inspects and reports defects, maintains a clean and safe work area, and follows safety and quality processes while working under supervisor direction.

Develop and implement quality assurance plans, perform supplier audits and qualification, investigate nonconformances with root-cause analysis and CAPA, support NPI/FAI, monitor quality metrics, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement across suppliers and production.

Process incoming orders via phone, fax, email and walk-ins; accurately enter orders into system; communicate with customers and internal teams; support outside sales; maintain product knowledge and meet order accuracy and sales goals.
