Plans, releases, and adjusts manufacturing schedules based on demand, capacity, inventory, materials, and operational priorities. Monitors production-floor execution, identifies constraints, coordinates with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Operations, and resolves risks affecting delivery. Supports Kanban, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, engineering changes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provides guidance to employees and partners without direct supervisory responsibility.

Performs sewing operations for tarps and tarp systems on the production floor, inspects and reports defects, maintains a clean and safe work area, and follows safety and quality processes while working under supervisor direction.

Prepare, mark, shape, and cut tarp material to customer specifications; place material on sewing tables; carry tarps to sewers; complete shipping paperwork; follow safety and quality standards.
