Lead new product introductions for RF and microwave products from design freeze through first article inspection and production readiness. The Senior Quality Engineer ensures customer and regulatory quality requirements are met across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and supplier operations. Responsibilities include managing nonconformities, supplier certifications, audits, AS9100-ISO systems, FAI documentation, calibration, inspection, test procedures, training records, FMEA, process controls, and quality team priorities. The role supports aerospace and space manufacturing, leads root-cause investigations, coordinates customer and supplier quality activities, and maintains compliance documentation and safety records.
