Lead construction management and inspection projects from planning through closeout, overseeing quality, schedules, budgets, technical issues, contractors, inspectors, and multidisciplinary teams. Serve as a client liaison, provide engineering and constructability leadership, mentor staff, resolve complex transportation construction challenges, support business development, and ensure compliance with contract, regulatory, and quality requirements across Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Reviews and audits Time and Material reports, labor rates, material charges, billing documentation, and supporting records for accuracy and contractual compliance. Assists with project accounting, cost tracking, financial reporting, invoicing support, internal controls, and issue resolution. Maintains spreadsheets and financial documentation, coordinates with project and accounting teams, and contributes to process improvements while managing deadlines independently.

Develops, maintains, reviews, and analyzes cost- and resource-loaded design and construction schedules using Primavera P6 and CPM. Performs schedule reviews, progress reporting, earned value analysis, delay and claims evaluation, time impact analyses, recovery planning, and risk assessment. Conducts site visits to validate progress and communicates schedule status, risks, and corrective actions to clients, contractors, project leadership, and stakeholders.
