Develop, maintain, and support GIS-based software tools and websites for engineering clients. Perform system analysis and design, document systems, capture user requirements, and provide end-user technical support.

Support deployment and adoption of digital tools (BIM, GIS, automation, analytics). Document and optimize workflows, build simple dashboards, assist with data preparation and model QA, perform light scripting, and contribute to training and user-support materials.

Lead end-to-end delivery of major rail and transit infrastructure projects across planning, design, procurement, construction and handover. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, contracts and procurement strategies. Build client and stakeholder relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure rail safety and regulatory compliance (ONRSR, Australian standards).
