Support project managers with cost analysis, forecasting, earned value monitoring, contract/subcontract administration, change management, and project reporting for design and construction projects. Prepare cost/schedule baselines, variance analysis, expenditure forecasts, and assist in project cost review meetings.

Perform and assist surface-supplied diving operations to conduct underwater structural assessments of infrastructure, ensure diver and equipment safety, comply with ADCI/USACE and federal regulations, maintain diving records, and support project execution and client satisfaction on domestic projects.

Develop integrated energy strategies for communities, campuses, and portfolios. Perform technical assessments of building and campus energy demand, model supply options, and evaluate onsite generation, storage, district energy, and microgrids. Support project delivery, proposals, stakeholder engagement, and prepare client-facing technical reports and presentations while working with multidisciplinary teams to advance low-carbon, resilient energy systems.
