Leads risk-based manual testing for complex software products, creating test plans, cases, data, traceability records, and release assessments. Executes functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and acceptance testing; investigates failures, tracks defects, verifies fixes, and identifies regression coverage. Contributes to automation frameworks and CI pipelines, improves QA processes, applies AI tools to testing workflows, coordinates cross-team testing, and mentors QA engineers.

Supports integration, qualification, production readiness, and lifecycle maintenance of workstation, server, and embedded computing platforms. Responsibilities include assembling and configuring hardware, executing functional and stress tests, troubleshooting hardware, firmware, drivers, and system issues, evaluating component changes, documenting results, maintaining engineering records, and supporting prototype logistics, inventory, manufacturing transitions, and lab operations.

Lead the architecture and technical direction of an offline Electron, React, and SQLite CPQ application. Own the data layer, migrations, integrations with NetSuite and business systems, security boundaries, testing standards, release engineering, and cross-platform packaging. Partner with sales, finance, and operations stakeholders, mentor engineers, guide roadmap decisions, and support contract analysis with document extraction and optional AI capabilities.
