Design, build, automate, and scale Windows-based storage platforms (including Storage Spaces Direct). Implement standardized, repeatable server deployments, high-availability clustering, and lifecycle management. Develop PowerShell automation, CI/CD integration, configuration management, and platform validation. Collaborate with hardware teams, contribute to architecture decisions, implement security best practices, and produce technical documentation to support customer deployments.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for high-fidelity flight simulation and synthetic data solutions. Collaborate with engineering, systems, QA, content, and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and manage full product lifecycle to meet military-grade standards and customer needs.

Maintain and operate the in-office QA test lab, create and maintain automated Python-based tests and Jenkins scripts, develop image-diffing and performance/stress tests, reproduce issues with engineers, perform manual testing when needed, document the test system, and support Kansas-based hardware and software test infrastructure.
