Lead Joblift’s German new business and customer success team of four. Own local revenue, team KPIs, client and media agency relationships, enterprise business development, and local execution of global sales strategy. Develop and motivate the team, improve sales operations, analyze and optimize campaigns, and act as the local company lead. The role requires fluency in German and English, strong relationship-building, numerical, communication, and leadership skills.

Infrastructure Engineer responsible for AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platform management, Terraform automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, reliability, and cloud cost optimization. The role focuses one-third on AWS EKS and two-thirds on migrating legacy EC2, Perl, and Chef-managed services to Kubernetes. Responsibilities include automating repetitive work, supporting engineering teams, improving deployment processes, maintaining uptime, and designing scalable, secure infrastructure for a distributed organization.

Lead migration to a new Python-based platform and architect scalable backend APIs and LLM pipelines. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, productionise ML prototypes, design high-throughput data pipelines, and optimise secure AWS infrastructure for high availability. Drive technical strategy and transition from legacy systems while collaborating with Product and Data Science.

Lead multi-entity accounting and consolidation, month-end and year-end close, and financial controls across UK, US, EU and Australia. Manage audits, tax, payroll compliance, stock option administration, cash and treasury, vendor relationships and a small transactional finance team while partnering with the CFO and external advisors.

Lead and grow Adzuna’s European new business and customer success teams (UK, France, Germany). Own revenue, team KPIs and key client/media-agency relationships. Translate global sales strategy into local execution, define go-to-market for new solutions, support B2B marketing and represent the company at events. Hire, motivate and develop an 8-person team while driving continuous improvement and campaign optimisation using data and emerging AI-enabled tools.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models and recommendation systems, champion LLM use, optimise search and ranking, run A/B tests and statistical evaluations, and collaborate with engineering to integrate models into product infrastructure.

Lead customer success for strategic French clients: manage one CSM, drive account growth and revenue, ensure successful onboarding and campaign optimisation, build strong client relationships, analyse campaign performance and proactively resolve issues alongside sales, marketing and delivery teams.
