Provides clinical pharmacy services, prescription counseling, medication order verification, drug information, and medication management. Oversees dispensing and medication-use processes, supervises pharmacy technicians and clinical personnel, supports safe and cost-effective pharmaceutical care, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, administration, and other healthcare staff to meet clinic objectives.

Provides administrative and clinical support to an optometrist, including scheduling, electronic charting, billing, medical history collection, room preparation, instrument sterilization, patient preparation, pre-testing, eyewear fittings, and treatment assistance. Maintains infection-control standards and delivers respectful patient service. BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire; optometry experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Manages healthcare compliance systems, incident reports, policies, HIPAA adherence, investigations, audits, training, and compliance metrics. Coordinates onboarding education, maintains records, prepares management reports, supports process improvement, and assists patients with medical-record authorizations. Collaborates with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to promote organizational compliance.
