Directs the organization’s human resources function, including HR policies, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, investigations, and workforce development. Supervises HR staff and external consultants, advises executives, oversees employment-law compliance, and supports a positive, high-performance employee culture.

Leads HR operations, including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, policy administration, and compliance. Manages HRIS selection, implementation, integration, enhancements, reporting, process analysis, and staff training. Advises managers on employment policies, performance, discipline, rehire eligibility, and promotions. Ensures HR systems and processes support regulatory and Joint Commission standards while maintaining confidentiality and strong employee and management relationships.

The Operations Manager oversees business decisions and strategic planning, staff supervision, program oversight, and compliance with healthcare regulations while ensuring quality patient care and operational performance.
