Own the architecture and long-term health of a greenfield, multi-tenant website platform serving thousands of healthcare practices. Responsibilities include multi-tenant security, PostgreSQL data modeling, AWS infrastructure architecture, automated provisioning, visual editing, theming, Next.js rendering, SEO, performance, observability, compliance, integrations, migrations, and platform upgrades. The role requires expert-level full-stack engineering, architectural ownership, production operations experience, and technical leadership in a distributed team.

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-native features, from discovery through launch and adoption. Conduct customer interviews, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prototype with AI tools, prioritize backlogs, partner with AI/engineering/design/data, run evaluations and dashboards, and drive user adoption and iteration.

Join as a junior full stack engineer to build front-end and back-end components, design APIs, integrate AI/ML solutions, manage data pipelines and ensure application performance and scalability.

Serve as first point of contact for MyAdvice clients, resolving high-volume tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system. Perform simple website/CMS updates, guide clients through platform features, triage and escalate complex issues, and document interactions. Maintain high throughput and quality, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong CSAT and accurate escalation.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions (LLM-powered chat, agents, RAG pipelines). Fine-tune and optimize foundation models, implement prompt engineering and guardrails, integrate vector stores, and build end-to-end ML pipelines. Deploy and monitor models on cloud platforms using containerization, MLOps tooling, and CI/CD while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
