Provides technical product support and training to B2B distributors and suppliers through phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoots issues with digital products, software, search tools, CRM, ordering, mobile, and website platforms; promotes self-service resources; resolves escalated inquiries; supports first-contact resolution; and identifies opportunities for new product features. The role requires accurate data entry, professional communication, and two to three years of technical support or call center experience.

Leads the lifecycle, administration, governance, support, integrations, reporting, security, and modernization of enterprise business and People Experience platforms. Design, develop, and support Azure-based integration solutions, RESTful APIs, and web services. Write and maintain C# code, monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, manage Azure DevOps CI/CD deployments, and implement unit testing. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Maintain technical documentation and provide Tier 2/3 support while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable integrations.

Manages marketing materials and campaign deliverables for major trade shows, coordinating copy, design, production, proofing, inventory, shipping, and onsite logistics. Partners cross-functionally to track deadlines, resolve risks, maintain brand consistency, and support event execution. Also provides backup social media support through photo and video capture and approved content publishing. The role requires strong organization, communication, project management, and attention to detail, with travel for approximately 4–6 events annually.

Provide high-trust executive and personal support to a family business owner: manage calendars, travel, events, finances, documents, vendor and advisor coordination, and personal/family logistics. Maintain confidential files, coordinate projects and employee/client initiatives, and handle varied tasks ranging from complex planning to routine errands with discretion, organization, and strong follow-through.

Lead post-sale customer lifecycle to maximize retention, adoption, and lifetime value. Build and scale Customer Success and Retention teams, implement health scoring, drive onboarding and activation, reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
