Manages marketing materials and campaign deliverables for major trade shows, coordinating copy, design, production, proofing, inventory, shipping, and onsite logistics. Partners cross-functionally to track deadlines, resolve risks, maintain brand consistency, and support event execution. Also provides backup social media support through photo and video capture and approved content publishing. The role requires strong organization, communication, project management, and attention to detail, with travel for approximately 4–6 events annually.

Support FP&A for ASI Show and Print and Promo Marketing, managing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, event revenue and commission reporting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting. Serve as primary finance business partner, provide financial modeling, insights, and recommendations, and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to improve controls and processes.

Provide high-trust executive and personal support to a family business owner: manage calendars, travel, events, finances, documents, vendor and advisor coordination, and personal/family logistics. Maintain confidential files, coordinate projects and employee/client initiatives, and handle varied tasks ranging from complex planning to routine errands with discretion, organization, and strong follow-through.

Lead post-sale customer lifecycle to maximize retention, adoption, and lifetime value. Build and scale Customer Success and Retention teams, implement health scoring, drive onboarding and activation, reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
