Lead Advertima's North America commercial expansion by identifying and closing strategic retail and Retail Media Network partnerships. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, commercial negotiation, monetization strategies, POV-to-rollout execution, and ecosystem partnerships (agencies, SSPs/DSPs, programmatic partners). Work cross-functionally to scale deployments and position Advertima as the category leader in in-store audience intelligence.

Lead demand generation and partner activation for Advertima's in-store retail media. Build and manage DSP, agency, and technology partnerships, enable integrations and go-to-market activities, deliver training and sales enablement, and drive incremental retail media revenue in collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Lead the SRE function for a global hybrid edge-cloud platform: hire and mentor the SRE team, define SLOs/SLIs, drive IaC and observability, manage 24/7 incident response, harden IoT/edge AI devices, and partner with engineering to improve resilience and reduce operational toil across thousands of distributed devices.

Design, architect, implement and optimize core components of a real-time computer vision and retail media platform running on edge devices and cloud. Collaborate on requirements, improve team processes, and deliver high-performance, privacy-preserving distributed systems.
