Plan, deploy, implement, maintain and support Managed Print Services (MPS) for enterprise customers. Install and support print management software, perform firmware updates and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot Windows/macOS and network/server issues, coordinate project implementations, document configurations, and liaise with customers, vendors and internal teams.

Provide 1st/2nd level desktop, laptop, printer and copier support onsite. Troubleshoot Windows and Office/Outlook issues, manage network connectivity and printer mapping, perform installations, preventive maintenance and ad hoc technical duties. Serve primarily at a client's site, supporting Windows PCs, servers, MacBooks, iPads and copiers.

Responsible for overseeing local operations in Japan, managing the ICT team, strategic planning, budget management, compliance, and overall performance of ICT services.
