Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer / Developer to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate enterprise workflows and business processes across the group. This role will focus on integrating AI capabilities with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Copilot to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications, workflow automation, API integrations, and enterprise system orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and operational workflows.
- Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise platforms.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for workflow orchestration, ticket triaging, knowledge retrieval, reporting, and process automation.
- Create and maintain APIs, automation scripts, and cloud-based AI services.
- Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI agent performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrates an AI experimentation mindset with the ability to prototype, test, and refine AI-driven workflow automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI or automation solutions.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of AI governance, security, and enterprise compliance practices.
- Experience with enterprise AI copilots, workflow automation, or cloud platforms is highly preferred.
