Perform performance tuning, JVM and memory profiling, implement automated tests, use Splunk for monitoring, and work with source control and CI/CD tools. Collaborate across teams and follow Agile SDLC practices.

Design and architect Salesforce solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements, map processes to Salesforce features, configure Sales/Service Cloud and Communities, implement CTI, Live Agent, Knowledge Management, and Entitlements, support pre-sales scoping and estimates, run requirement workshops, and coordinate delivery with client PMs and offshore teams.

Serve as Kronos subject-matter expert: administer, customize, and troubleshoot Kronos; integrate Kronos with ADP; quickly learn related systems; maintain excellent communication. 12-month NYC contract.
