The Operations Supervisor oversees production floor activities, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and safety while supervising staff and maintaining quality standards.

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features using Python, Next.js, and Node.js. Own architecture, ship daily, contribute to technical direction, and rebuild core features. Participate in code review and testing; work on-site in San Francisco.

Identify and implement integrated supply chain solutions, build internal and external partnerships, assess business proposals and risks, recommend benchmarks and best practices, and analyze data to prioritize improvements for cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and supplier/product performance.
